Every order has to contain:
- List of items ordered (using name of product and/or ctalogue number )
- All details for ordered swords (type of blade, guard, pommel, blade style)
- Your actual name and full address for invocie and shipping.
- Telephone number (Important for delivery)
- Tax identification number (for VAT companies in the EU).
The process of orders
Production of orders usually takes about 2 months, deposit payment is not required. After order is finished i will send you photo of the finished product with an invocie. Packets are sent within 1-2 week after receiving the payment. Plese be patient, I do not usually have capacity to send confirmation of receiving the payment straight away.
Customization
We are trying to finish your custom orders in best mind, but sometimes its hard to prevent missunderstandings. In orders please use terms from our website. Always add type of blade (battle, slim, feather… ) where possible. Default blade of swords is BATTLE. Also please write all customizations to every product ordered in a comprehensive way. We can not accept any warranty claims for products, which were made based on incomplete or unclear order, so please make sure that we understand you and have all information before confirmation of order. When ordering completely custom measurements of swords we can not guarantee final weight or handling characteristics.
