  • 1. Subject
  • 1.1 These General Terms and Conditions define the relationship between the seller and the customer. By ordering goods, the customer agrees to the wording of these GTC.
  • 1.2 When ordering, the customer accepts the seller’s delivery and payment terms. The order can be made by e-mail, in writing, or via the order form on the website. The order must contain a list of goods, the full address and telephone number of the customer, and in the case of a company, the company registration number and VAT number.
  • 2. Prices, delivery
  • 2.1 Prices are stated in EUR or other currency, excluding transport costs, insurance and any customs duties. Transport will be charged to the customer. The seller reserves the right to change the price or to make a special price offer for wholesale customers.
  • 2.2 Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation for damages; individual orders may have an extension of the delivery time.
  • 2.3 Prices for individually manufactured products will be determined by agreement. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the proposed price and undertakes to take delivery of the ordered goods. The seller reserves the right to pay a deposit before production begins. The seller is entitled to compensation for damages up to the amount of the deposit if the customer withdraws from the order.
  • 2.4 The seller is the exclusive owner of the goods until payment.
  • 3. Payment terms, obligations of the contracting parties
  • 3.1 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will only take place after payment of the full amount.
  • 3.2 Invoices are payable upon receipt no later than before delivery of the goods.
  • 3.3 The customer is obliged to provide all relevant information about himself or his company, including any current changes. In the event of a breach of this obligation, the seller is entitled to compensation for damages resulting therefrom.
  • 3.4 The customer expressly agrees to the search, processing and use of personal data for the purpose of executing orders and informing about products. These data will not be forwarded to any unauthorized persons.
  • 3.5 If the customer notifies the seller of a valid VAT identification number within the European Union, he will be charged the price excluding VAT, in accordance with the tax laws of the Czech Republic.
  • 4. Other 4.1 Slight deviations in shape, size, color or weight are common in handicraft products and cannot be a reason for a complaint. The dimensional data in the image are for guidance only.
  • 4.2 The seller does not assume liability for personal injury, or damage to property and goods caused by improper handling, misuse or carelessness. The seller does not assume liability for consequential damage caused by the use of goods from its offer, because it is not possible to control the operation and handling in the user’s practice. This does not affect the statutory regulations regarding consumer protection.
  • 4.3 The buyer undertakes to use the goods in accordance with all legal provisions in the country in question, the seller is not legally liable for the method of use.
  • 4.4 All delivered items can be returned without giving a reason within two weeks of receipt of the goods. The products must be undamaged and unused, if possible in the original packaging and complete. The costs associated with returning and damage to the returned goods are at the expense of the customer.
  • 4.5 The seller provides a two-year warranty on the delivered goods. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and material defects. In no case does it apply to defects caused by wear and tear, violent use or mechanical damage.
  • 4.6 A legitimate complaint will be handled within 30 days at the latest, after agreement with the customer – by repair, delivery of other goods or refund of an adequate amount.
  • 5. Final provisions
  • 5.1 The seller may change these GTC at any time without giving reasons and without observing the deadline for implementing the change.
  • 5.2 If any provision of these GTC later loses its effectiveness, the effectiveness of the other provisions will not be affected.
